The Linksys E900 N300 Wireless Router is a high-speed single-band wireless router with Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) / Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) dual-stack support.  This router allows you to share network resources to various wired and wireless devices such as laptops, mobile devices and gaming consoles.  The Linksys E900 router security functions such as the Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) firewall to help protect your data and privacy online.

NOTE:  Rear port lights can be turned OFF.   The Internet / Ethernet LED lights solid if the physical link is up on Internet port and there’s no data activity.  It is blinking if data is transmitting through the Internet port.
 
 Internet (Green) port – flashes to indicate network activity and is OFF when there is no connected Ethernet cable in the Internet port.  The connection is between the modem and the router.

 Ethernet 1-4 (Green) ports– flashes to indicate network activity on a particular port and is OFF when there is no connected Ethernet cable.  The connection is between the router and your device.  

 Wi-Fi Protected Setup™ (WPS) Setup button– used to automatically configure wireless security for your wireless network(s).  To learn more about the WPS feature,
 
 Wi-Fi Protected Setup™ (WPS) Setup indicator – lights up solid green when the router is powered ON and WPS is successful.  The LED is blinking if it is booting up, performing system self test or undergoing firmware upgrade.
 
 Power – connects the router to a power outlet through the supplied power adapter. 

 Reset button – allows you to reset the router to its factory defaults.  Press and hold the Reset button for approximately five (5) seconds.  You can also restore it to factory defaults from the Administration > Factory Defaults screen in the router’s web-based setup page.
